Inbound emails to this address (and Ccs to multi-party threads) trigger the orchestrator. Outbound replies are sent through this inbox. The cache is updated on every webhook and reconciled every 60s as a safety net. jill-diy is stateless across threads — the email thread itself is the only context.

Inbox address?The agent's email identity, provisioned in your AgentMail account. HM Cc's this address on candidate threads to bring jill-diy in.

API key?Your AgentMail API key. Used to send replies and pull thread state. Stored encrypted.

Webhook URL?Where AgentMail sends inbound message events. Copy this into your AgentMail dashboard.

Configure one webhook per inbox: ?role=jill, ?role=hm, ?role=eng

Webhook signing secret?Verifies that incoming webhooks really came from AgentMail. Rotate if compromised.

Sender display name?The "From" name candidates and HMs see in their inbox.

Reply signature?Appended to every outbound email.

Reconciler interval?How often we poll AgentMail for messages we may have missed (e.g. webhook downtime).

Cache TTL?How long thread data is kept in our Postgres cache before refreshing from AgentMail.
